Is white chocolate still chocolate? The debate continues to this day! White chocolate contains roughly half of the cocoa bean, the butter rather than the solids. Camino Verde butter is pure, without any of the normal processes that turn cocoa butter into a tasteless waxy substance - we do not add vanilla to our white chocolate so that you can experience the pure taste of Camino Verde's cacao.
We mixed in dried raspberries as a powder into our white chocolate to create a truly unique tangy taste and dazzling color!
