Refund Policy


LetterPress Chocolate wants to ensure that our chocolate arrives to you in perfect condition. LetterPress Chocolate does not offer refunds or returns unless the product(s) were received in damaged condition. In that case you will have up to 5 days from the date of receipt to email us a photo and explanation of the damage, at which time we will decide whether the damage warrants a replacement of the product(s). Delivery time not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for shipping errors or delays.

Recipients of orders shipped outside of the United States will be responsible for any and all costs associated with import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by the destination country. LetterPress Chocolate has no control over such charges and cannot estimate the exact amount. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

If you decline to pay these duties and taxes due to the carrier upon delivery of your order, the package may be considered abandoned, destroyed, or returned to the United States (at an extremely high cost charged to us). Under these circumstances, we, unfortunately, cannot consider requests for refunds or replacement shipments.
