Private label (contract) manufacturing

We have advised several companies over the years and have produced private label chocolate for chefs, resorts, weddings, design companies, clothing brands, and many more! We can offer both branded and generic chocolate bars, and can advise and design custom packaging. We also offer feedback services and guidance on origins, manufacturing best practices, efficiency, and flavor development.

Expert witness

We have experience with legal cases where bean to bar chocolate manufacturing knowledge is relevant, with in-depth research and detailed reports with regards to chocolate making machines, raw cacao bean pricing, market trend analysis, among much else.

Bookkeeping

We have experience with QuickBooks and can assist with setting up payroll, initiating wire transfers, setting up and maintaining accounts receivable, among much else.
