New release!
We've been working with award-winning cacao fermentation expert Daniel O'Doherty for several years now. His work has produced some of the finest cacao beans we work with, such as our Ucayali from Peru and Costa Esmeraldas from Ecuador. Dan has been working with India growers Luca Beltrami and Ellen Taerwe of GoGrounds and Spices for a while, and we're excited to introduce this new harvest of mountainous cacao, harvested in 2021.
